Privacy Policy — WinCalc

1. General Provisions
This Privacy Policy describes how the WinCalc mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”) collects, uses, and protects user information.
The Application is designed for professionals in the window industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan and is intended for calculating the cost of PVC structures, managing orders and clients.
2. What Data We Collect
2.1 User-Provided Data
- Clients: full name, phone number, email, site addresses
- Orders: composition, cost, dates, statuses
- Price lists: product and service names, prices
- Company data: name, details, logo
2.2 Automatically Collected Data
- Analytics (own server on VPS in Kazakhstan): anonymized usage data (screens, actions, app version, device model). Stored on servers within the Republic of Kazakhstan in compliance with Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V “On Personal Data and Its Protection”.
- Crash reports (Sentry): anonymized technical crash data (call stack, device model, OS version). No personal user data is sent to Sentry.
- Subscriptions (RevenueCat): subscription status, plan type
3. Where Data Is Stored
3.1 Local Storage
All client, order, and price list data is stored locally on the user’s device in encrypted storage (Core Data with Data Protection).
3.2 Cloud Synchronization
When iCloud Sync is enabled, data is synchronized via Apple CloudKit. Apple servers are located in various data centers and are managed in accordance with Apple’s Privacy Policy.
3.3 Compliance with the Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan
In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Personal Data and Their Protection” (Law 94-V): personal data of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan is stored on the user’s device. Server-side processing is performed via Apple iCloud (CloudKit).
4. How We Use Data
- Ensuring the operation of the application (calculations, documents, order management)
- Synchronizing data between devices (iCloud)
- Improving application quality (analytics, crash reports)
- Managing subscriptions

6. User Rights
You have the right to:
- Delete all data from the application (Settings → Data)
- Export data (PDF documents)
- Disable analytics (Device Settings → Privacy → Analytics)
- Disable iCloud Sync (Device Settings → iCloud → WinCalc)
- Withdraw consent — delete the application, all local data will be removed
7. Security
- Data encryption on the device (iOS Data Protection)
- Data transmission over encrypted channels (HTTPS/TLS)
- No transfer of personal data to third parties for advertising purposes
8. Policy Changes
We may update this Policy. The current version is always available in the application (Settings → About → Privacy Policy).
